We want you to be completely satisfied with your Tutu Du Monde purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, headbands and hair accessories are final sale unless faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original garment bags and shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
